Introduction

FOI is a property investment company with interests in quality residential and commercial properties throughout Western Canada. Investments will target individual residencies and medium sized commercial properties; the portfolio will be diversified by property type and tenant with the focus on the Alberta and BC. The principle strategy is to invest in properties with strong tenant covenants and long leases to create a strong long term investment.

Our objective is to achieve net asset growth and to pursue a progressive positive cashflow for each investor.

Market Strategy

The Directors are of the opinion that the Western Canadian residential and commercial property market will provide opportunities and that soundly financed properties, let to strong tenant covenants, will provide a competitive income yield with the prospect of capital growth. FOI's strategy is to acquire properties with these characteristics.
